Rack Jack is here to make you happy, and we back that up with our return policies. If you are not pleased with your purchase from, just contact us within 7 days of receiving your product and we will give you a refund.

While we hope it doesn’t come to that, we’ll make it as painless as possible with FREE Return Shipping!

Steps to initiate a return request:

  • Please write to us on within 7 days from the date you received the order.
  • Subject of the Email: “Return – Your Order ID”
  • Rack Jack has a no questions asked return policy. Please share the images of the product when emailing, for us to qualify a return.
  • Item must be in original sale condition – all tags and packaging should be intact to qualify.
  • Customized orders are not returnable.
  • Our Customer Service Team will make sure to reply to you within 24-48 hours.
  • We will arrange a pick-up within 7 days of your request.
  • There are certain areas where we cannot provide a pick-up service. However, you can self-ship your product through any courier service, preferably Speed Post to our warehouse.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed for damaged or defective products only.
  • Kindly allow us 7 days from the day the returned product reaches our warehouse and goes through quality check for approval.
  • Once approved, you will receive an email for the same.
  • Your product amount (excluding shipping charges) will be credited to your Rack Jack account as store credits within 24 hours of approval. You can always use these credits for your next order. Credits are valid upto 1 year.
  • Sorry! We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to re-order the product then you can simply place a new order with us.

If an order placed during a sale is returned to us, only the amount paid by you will be refunded, not the current product price.

Wrong/ Missing Products:
We can either ship out the product(s) (if available in stock at the time) or a refund into the bank account or as Rack Jack store credits as per your convenience.

The entire amount will be refunded to you if the order is cancelled, lost in transit or undelivered.

Rack Jack reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.

Customized orders, Gift Cards & Vouchers are non-refundable.

Cancellation Process:
Please email us on to cancel your order with your order ID mentioned in the Subject of the Email.

Customized orders need to be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Failing which, a partial amount will only be refunded back to your bank account.

If the order is cancelled before shipped, the refund will be done to your bank account and will reflect within 7-10 business days. If a cancellation is required after the product is shipped, we will provide a bank refund upon request, after the package reaches back to us.
